ON CAMPUS

As an A-State student, you have access to the entire Creative Cloud Suite of programs in selected computer labs on campus for free. The Art Annex, Fine Arts Center, and Library are a few locations where you might access the applications.

OFF CAMPUS

A-State provides access to the Creative Suite to students only enrolled in certain classes, like any of the GRFX- classes you are likely taking with Prof. Nikki. This is only available per semester.
If you would like to have Adobe installed on a personal computer, Adobe offers student subscriptions at a discounted rate.  SEE HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION.

PASSWORD

To access your account in an on-campus lab, you must enter your A-State email address and a password.
KEEP TRACK OF WHAT YOU USE(D) THE FIRST TIME YOU SIGN IN TO ADOBE!
Whenever you first sign(ed) up to access the Creative Cloud as a student at A-State, the password you held at the time for A-State’s MyCampus was used. A-State continually asks for an updated password for security reasons; however, Adobe is separate from A-State. Therefore, the Adobe password may be from an old A-State password.

HELP

If you cannot sign on, put in a work order with A-State, as this is a licensing issue a professor can’t fix.
Go to Information and Technology Services and submit a ticket.
